Magnaseal High Strength Leak Patches

 

he MAGNASEAL Leak Patch is a high strength, magnetic, flexible urethane patch. It can hold back at least 30 pounds of pressure. All sizes come with built in “D” rings and two 6 inch continuous loop webbing straps which can be used for application.

All leak patches are 5/8 inch thickness; the corner D Ring adds 1/4 inch to the thickness.  passthrough valve adds 1,52 inches to the thickness of this patch.

 

Each leak patch comes with a carrying case; that has  an industrial zipper and insulated sides to buffer the strength of the MAGNASEAL while it's not in use. The carrying case makes it easy to keep MAGNASEAL protected.

Neothane, Inc. contracted a third party quality assurance testing laboratory to perform chemical resistivity testing. The test method used was ASTM 903 which is the standard test method for resistance of materials used in testing chemical protective outfitting to the penetration by liquids. Testing was performed from June 14th thru June 22nd 2018. The following table summarizes the test results data.
